Our house, no. 26 in a small holiday park, is fully equipped and arranged so that the holiday can begin immediately - relax in the fully fenced garden; rent bikes through the managers or bring your own bikes (secure storage in our storage room with a washing machine), parking at the house, cooking in a kitchen that is well equipped with various appliances such as a new oven, wok burner, microwave, blender , food processor, sandwich maker, senseo coffee maker or regular coffee machine etc.

You can enjoy the evening by the fireplace during cold evenings (fireplace wood available for free) or watch an existing DVD or use the Ziggo network or listen to your own music via WiFi.

On the ground floor there is a separate toilet with washbasin; here is also the bathroom with bath, large sink with 2 mirrors and a spacious shower (rain shower and hand shower). Upstairs is a 2nd toilet with a washbasin for your convenience.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a new double bed (2 separate mattresses) with new EMMA mattresses. In the other bedroom there are 2 single beds - also with new EMMA mattresses.

At your arrival the beds are made so your holiday can start immediately. There is no need to bring bedlinnen with you from home.

In the cupboard is a child's high chair. The stairs can be closed with a child safety gate for safety.

The property is located on a small-scale holiday park in the southwest corner of Friesland, just outside the picturesque village of Sondel. The park is located on a forest edge and is a good location for tranquility and nature lovers. Gaasterland is known for its wooded surroundings, varied landscape and is ideal for cycling and / or walking. The IJsselmeer is 3 km away, which means there are plenty of opportunities for swimming and sailing in the area.

During your stay you can use the facilities of the holiday park consisting of a volleyball court, playground, outdoor table tennis table and bicycle rental.

Dogs are allowed in this property - 2 dogs is the maximum. For the extra cleaning there is a surcharge per dog per stay of 30 euros.

Arrival is on Saturday between 15.00 and 17.00 hrs.
Departure is on Saturday between 09.00 and 10.00 hrs

Zeer comfortabel en ruim vakantiehuis met een geweldige tuin. Binnen 8 minuten in Balk.

We hebben hier een geweldige vakantie gehad. Goede bedden, complete inrichting, rustig en ruim vakantiepark. En onze hondjes hadden 'de tijd van hun leven'.

Huis in goede staat, jammer dat men geen gebruik kan maken van zwembad

Hebben genoten van een fijn verblijf aantal plekken bezocht en goed kunnen fietsen in Friesland. Huis is goed ingericht veel keuken gerei. Ook de tuin is mooi en volledig ingericht met fijn tuin meubilair

Empfehlenswert

Wir (Eltern, zwei Teenager und großen Hund) hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in dem kleinen aber feinen Ferienhaus! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt im Haus mit dem komplett umzäunten Garten. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: die Treppe nach oben ist recht steil und die zwei einzelbetten sind ziemlich schmal. Die Matratzen aller Betten sind allerdings super. Toll fanden wir, dass es an manchen Fenstern Mückenschutzgitter gab, dadurch konnten wir diese Fenster auch Nachts geöffnet lassen. Die ganze Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und gepflegt. Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Tischtennisplatte. Das Haus ist eine gute Ausgangslage um die verschiedenen Strände zu besuchen. Der nächste gelegene größere Strand ist in Lemmer, ca 8 Minuten Autofahrt. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Balk (schönes Städtchen) gefahren. Dort gibt es einen Lidl und andere Läden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Sondel. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, großer eingezäunter Garten mit schönen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Fahrradweg führt direkt an dem Ferienpark vorbei Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Tolle Gastgeber und tolles Haus

Sehr nette Gastgeber und freundlicher Check-In. Sehr ruhiger Ferienpark und sehr tolles Haus. Unser Hund hat sich in dem großen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Uns war es leider schon etwas zu ruhig. Ohne Fahrzeug ist man aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus und würden es weiter empfehlen. Grüße MW

Anders als erwartet

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet mit allem was man braucht. Allerdings war es für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht geeignet. Wir 3 Erwachsene 67-73 Jahre war es sehr schwierig die steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern hinaufzugehen. Wenn man körperlich beeinträchtigt ist sehr schwierig. Der Garten ist super schön und sehr groß, eignet sich für Familie/ Kinder/ Hunde. Es war schade, dass man in der Anlage nichts kaufen konnte (Brötchen usw.). Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Lemmer ca. 9,5km gefahren und haben dies mit dem Besuch des mehr als kleinen Hundestrands verbunden. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es nicht der richtige Ort, für andere bestimmt ein sehr guter Platz. Kontakte zu den Vermietern war sehr gut.

Super logement, tout le confort à portée de main. Très bonne literie, sanitaire au top, cuisine très bien équipée, grande pièce de vie. La maison est très bien située, pas mal de circuits vélo à découvrir, près de la mer. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Charmantes Gaasterland

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Man konnte schöne Radtouren durch Wälder und entlang des Ijsselmeeres unternehmen. Es gibt sehr charmante kleine Orte um Sondel herum.

Uns hat es sehr gut in diesem Haus und der Anlage gefallen, Als wie ankamen , war gleich ein Wohlgefühl zu spüren. Unsere Hunde hatten ein großen Garten zu Verfügung.Natürlich muss man fahren um die Gegend oder Friesland zu erkunden.es Aber nicht schlimm war.es Hit ins sehr gefallen.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir (3 Erwachsene und ein Hund) haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus und der Garten sind gross und sauber. Alle elektrischen Geräte vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sehr empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko ist dass kein Cafe / Bäcker oder ähnliches fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen !

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes FH in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung ist fast perfekt. Wir kommen wahrscheinlich wieder.

Mooi huisje met flinke tuin.

Prima verblijf gehad. Huisje is mooi en de tuin was goed omheind voor de hond. Het enigste wat jammer was dat in deze streek weinig tot geen ruimte was om de hond los te laten lopen. Bijna overal op recreatie gebieden zijn honden niet welkom.

Meer dan heerlijk huis!

Een heel compleet ingericht heel royaal huis. Aan niets ontbrak het. Een huis waar je zo permanent in zou willen en kunnen wonen. Een huis om heerlijk in te relaxen. Maar ook genoeg te doen in de omgeving: bossen, meren, stadjes, horeca, wandel- en fietspaden. Een aanrader!
