Situated on Freshwater beachfront, amongst Freshwaters most prestigious properties. With direct beach access this security building has recently completed a fabulous refurb and upgrade both inside and out.
This luxury apartment is big on space, has a light filled open plan layout flowing to a wraparound balcony directly overlooking Freshwater Beach and across to Manly headland, perfect for enjoying those early morning starts and magical sunsets in the evenings
Bespoke custom made joinery featuring Calacutta Verde Marble throughout the apartment reverberates luxury and elegance on every surface it touches, the kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances, VZug Ovens and Bora Cooktop and is fully equipped with quality cookware for both professional and home cooks alike.
2 new bathrooms, the main with it's very own steam room and 2nd living area have underfloor heating, with a brand new reverse Air Con/Heating system installed in the main living and bedroom areas to ensure comfort all year round. Wireless Internet and a variety of Streaming Services are available free of charge.
We have one undercover car space directly opposite your front door which is accessed by keyless entry. Beside the front door is the storage locker which houses the beach gear available for your stay.
The 2nd living area greets you on entry, it has a queen size murphy wall bed, L shaped lounge, TV and underfloor heating. The combined laundry/bathroom is the ensuite for this room it has underfloor heating a bath with overhead shower and built in washer and dryer. A door in the hallway separates this space from the remainder of the apartment if required.
Main bathroom and bedroom in the quiet middle zone, main bathroom features a steam room in the oversized shower room. Relax on the gorgeous calactta marble seat as the steam works it's magic. The floor is underheated for colder weather. Both bathrooms are supplied with Australian made natural and chemical free amenities for you to enjoy. Main bedroom has a king size bed with beautifully soft pure wool carpet on the floor, aircon/heating and block out curtains behind the linen drapes. A large sliding door separates the bedroom from your walk in robe. Drift off to sleep with the sounds of the waves lapping the shore or close the double glazed windows if you prefer the silence.
Lounge, Dining, Kitchen are open pan and open to the wrap around balcony and beachfront views.

Restorative Retreat -
If you can drag yourself away from your view, get to know the area with a walk along the beach and enjoy that first dip in the ocean. Make your way up to the rock pool and up the stairs to the fabulous Wuruna Public Art to take in those panoramic coastline views as you link up with the coastal boardwalk from Freshwater headland to Curl Curl Beach. Stop at the Beach Eatery on Curl Curl Beachfront for a coffee OR a wine and snack if evenings are your time for walking. The coastline is rich in stories of historical and aboriginal significance.
Across the road you’ll find The Harbord Diggers and G Fitness Gym where you can extend the bliss with a variety of yoga classes (we have a yoga mat here for you) or take it up a notch with weight workouts and high intensity cardio classes.

Golf Holidays more your thing? the Northern Beaches have some of the most beautiful golf courses you will find anywhere in the world many complete with restaurants and views to die for.
Freshwater is one of Sydney's most popular surfing beaches (we have boards available) and there are a variety of learn to surf companies. Snorkeling around the rock pool is popular as is rock fishing from the rock ledges between Freshwater and Curl Curl.
The Northern Beaches Coast Walk stretches 36km's from Palm Beach to Manly showcasing our spectacular coastline with views from some of Sydney's beautiful vantage points. Many parts of the walk are suitable for joggers as most sections can be accessed by foot. There are also some accessible to wheelchairs.

Pilu at Freshwater and Pilu Baretto. Modern, contemporary Italian dishes inspired by the region of Sardinia, enjoyed in our heritage listed beach house. Located only steps away from Freshwater Beach.
Harbord Diggers Venue is across the road, they offer 2 restaurants and a cafe and outside dining. Live entertainment is available on selected evenings and the sports area has a variety of sports constantly screening.
Freshwater Hotel - A 5 minute walk on the way to the Freshwater Village offers great pub food, and live music.
Freshwater Village - A 10 minute walk has a great weekend energy and offers Pizza, Pasta, Mexican, Japanese, Indian and Mrs Jones The Baker.
Manly is a short bus ride or 40min walk away, (bus stop close by) offers an extensive range of dining and social options and also where you travel by ferry to the Sydney Opera House.
Brookvale Breweries and Distillers are a short bus ride or 40min walk away, a vibrant area to wander around and try the local brews whilst enjoying a variety of food styles and entertainment.

Your wellness is important to us, our bedding is low allergy and our bathroom and laundry are supplied with natural Australian plant based products and our apartment is cleaned and maintained using natural plant based cleaning products.

Please note - Guests must follow Australian apartment by laws, No parties or loud gatherings. Please don't be noisy after 10 pm, outside noise magnifies into neighboring properties. Any property damage incurred during your stay will be charged back to guests.
