The condo features a fully equipped kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease, and the highlight is the spacious private outdoor furnished lanai. Enjoy refreshing Trade Wind breezes on the lanai, and take in views of Kamaole Sands' lush tropical grounds as you sip your morning coffee and prepare for your day. Conveniently situated across the street from the picturesque Kamaole III Beach Park, the resort offers unparalleled access to breathtaking sunsets, walks in the sand, and the sparkling waters of Maui's coastline. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our remodeled condo at Kamaole Sands 7307 promises an unforgettable Hawaiian escape!

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: On-site construction will take place from April 2024 to December 2025, focusing on pipe upgrades and roof work. Noise should be expected. Please bear with us.

Please be advised that elevator load testing will occur in Buildings 1-10 from April 7th to 25th, 2025. Testing will be conducted at specific times on different days in each building, resulting in intermittent elevator outages. We apologize for any inconvenience

Kamaole Sands Resort is conveniently located in Kihei, Maui, across South Kihei Rd. from the Kamaole Beach parks. The South Kihei beach parks are an amazing spot to enjoy the ocean and watch amazing Maui sunsets. Kihei boat ramp is just down the street where you can find the best Maui boat excursions including Molokini snorkel trips or fishing charters. You can’t beat this convenient location, just a few minutes from all the Kihei shopping and restaurants and also a few minutes from the luxury of Wailea Resort area and the famous Shops at Wailea.

Effective 6/1/25 Resort Fees: There is a one-time $40.00 + tax resort fee & $35 registration fee that is collected by the resort upon check in.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Amazing location!

Great place to stay. Kam 3 beach is across the street and lots of food options within walking distance. Facilities have everything you need for your stay. This unit has a large lanai that is so peaceful to start your day with. Safe, clean and convenient place to stay in paradise.

Excellent condo experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in the condo unit. It was clean, extremely well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing experience. Just as described in the listing, nice updated furniture and appliances, all kitchen utensils and supplies, beach chairs and umbrella. The complex was just as beautiful as the first time we were there and the location is perfect. We were able to go seven different beaches within minutes. Wonderful stay all around.
